    How to combine this with the visa discount?

    Another question - how would you rate the screen brightness and speaker audio quality on this model vs the WSXGA+ model?

    The speakers are the same. I love my WUXGA model, because it is plenty bright and no dead or stuck pixels.

    How would you rate the audio quality vs the Harmon Kardon speakers which come in some other laptops? :confused:

    I have had many HP's and IMO the speakers on those were always the standard others tried to emulate. That said, the T61x has a comparable setup, and I am pleasantly surprised by it.

    Not sure about discounts, but check the sticky for recent deals etc.
