I just got my Lenovo U330. So far I'm impressed. But the graphics drivers and Catalyst Control Center are from August 2008!

I tried to download and install the latest for the Mobility Radeon series from ATI but it won't recognize the chip (HD 3450 or HD 3400 series). I could only find a beta Catalyst Control Center on ATI for Windows 7, but the drivers won't update.

There are no updated drivers on the Lenovo site either.

    Thanks!

Hmmm, I did not realize that this is a proprietary switchable graphics solution for Lenovo, Intel, and ATI.

It seems I can turn on discrete graphics in the BIOS and use regular Radeon drivers. I will give it a shot and see what happens. But it sure would be nice to have the option to switch with updated drivers too!
