    Hello everybody,

I have seen many pics where the size of the notebook itself is shown but not any about the thickness.

Can someone please show me ( with a pic ) or with measurements how thick is a t400?
Any comparison is good enough !
Like dvds piled up against thickness etc... just to have an idea :)
    ( A mbp vs a t400 would be really sweet! )

    Thanks a lot ! :)

I'll see if I can get a side by side comparison pic for you tomorrow. But in general, the T400 is pretty slim, not x300 or macbook air slim, but slim enough.

This is a comparison next to my POS old Dell 9100. Its about 2 inches thick. And theres also a Zune 80gig in front of the T400. The shots kinda suck, but I just have a point and shoot so i cant do anything spectacular.

****. I like very much the shape of the T400. I was in love with 4:3 laptops but now I think this 14.1 WS is making me fall for widescreens.

I was pleasantly surprised with how thin the t400 is. Much thinner than i thought it would be.

I too expected it to be much thicker... the size of my T400 is one thing I'm very pleased about. I thought 14.1 was going to be too large for me, but it's perfectly manageable most of the time.

How is T400 curve surface do? My T61 has no curve to pick and hold it up easily =[

I like the way it thin but not with sticking out battery. still, it's a small laptop =P
