    Hi, new Y570 owner, got the $799 weekly special (only to see one with Blu-ray the following week). I noticed a lot of space between the keys and the surface and am afraid to put a cover over the keyboard because I know a lot of notebooks need to breath and I plan to game on here (and take it to lans). I'm going to put a skin around the keyboard and on the cover, but I want to know if its safe to get one of the keyboard covers that is available for the Y570?

    Already put Win7 Ultimate on it via the anytime upgrade (extra key I had), need either Pro, Ent or Ultimate for MS stuff I do and am already on the look out for a cheap BD-Rom and HDD upgrade (1TB FTW). Currently doing the initial battery drain, love the fact that it came with enough juice to uninstall McAfee, install Security Essentials and Upgrade the OS and still have an hour to drain. Still enough time to do a couple of other things, Steam and graphics driver updates.

    Still need to hit up the User thread to see what everyone suggests for a bios update.

    EDIT: I just realized about misspelling 'threw' in the title, I'm a bit excited about playing with my new notebook.
