    How come I kept running into the same few reps on the phone if I call them several times within days? :confused: As if there are only 4 people working in a couple of cubicles answering customers' phone calls. To think the Lenovo is such a big co.. :rolleyes:

    There are actually thousands of them---they are just all cloned from two original reps (one man and one woman). Saves money on uniforms.

    They are also bio-genetically engineered to say "It's shipping next week"

    well, that's not true. Lenovo does offer a mid range service.
    Try to call sony, you will spend more than half hour to get with a rep.
