    How long does confirmation process take?

    I ordered a laptop online on Monday 11/24/08 23:15:56 and so far I have not received the confirmation e-mail.

    Is this normal? Should I contact a lenovo representative?

    I'm waiting approval for my order...

    2-3 days is normal. but you may face further delay with Thanksgiving

    I did not receive any confirmation email after ordering, only notification after it shipped. I was a little worried, but I had also read about Lenovo's questionable online ordering system.

    You should get an order confirmation after a few days. Then you will hopefully receive your notebook in 1-2 weeks. (Holiday shipment might add delays.)

    Ok, thanks for your replies. I was a little worried because the website says the approval proccess takes up to 1 business day and my order has been "In Process" since monday.

    I'll be waiting..
