    does your HDD make those "hitting the heads kinda like" sound from time to time ?

    mine does it, and I'm thinking if I shall ask lenovo for a change of the HDD with a Hitachi one. Or just live with the issue ..

    There a lot of people with the same issue, search the forums for the problem, you should get many results. Good luck.

    yeah, mine makes those marble dropping sounds. I guess I have just gotten use to it. Unless someone convinces that it is a symptom of a real problem, I will probably just leave mine alone.
