I recently checked my bank account and I was charged twice for:

    Pending CHECKCARD EPGbill.com/
    leboa 8778948588 ON... Debit Pending
    -$37.17

    Pending CHECKCARD MBP-SUPPORT8
    88278 8882935309 ON... Debit Pending
    -$39.95

    on April 14th.

I just ordered a new laptop that costs more than these?
Do these charges have anything to do with lenovo? I did not buy anything today.

Go to epgbill.com to check the first charge.

Call your bank to check the second charge.

I would do this right away.
