Has anyone successfully done this before?

I purchased a thinkpad t60p one day. About a week after, Lenovo released a coupon that would have saved me about $150.

I called the CSR and he said that I should get a credit back to my credit card after I recieve my laptop. It has been weeks and I have not recieved any credit back.

Has anyone sucesfully done their price garuntee before? If so, please share your story.

What should I do in my case? I tried e-mailing them a bunch of time (all e-mails ignored). I guess I can call them and be on hold for about an hour...

Yup, that's exactly what you should do. Call them back, and make the CSR you talk to email you confirmation that he/she promised the credit back. If the charge doesn't change, contact your credit company and have them kick Lenovo's ass.
