Last night I was gathering empties to take back to the store and a can of pop with a few drops left in the bottom fell on my keyboard. Some drops got under the shift keys and arrow keys. I freaked out, pulled the battery, disassembled the laptop down to the keyboard and set the keyboard upside down hoping to drain out the pop. The laptop is fine (whew) but the keys are sticky now. So...

What's the best way to go about cleaning a T60 keyboard? If it matters, it is an NMB keyboard.

Samething happened to me once, I unscrew the buttom and remove the entire keyboard, plam rest and then do the cleaning.

I just use a wet terry cloth to clean it. If your "pop" contains sugar I would recommend using a mild detergent to clean it otherwise it will be sticky.
