    go into control panel
    user accounts
go to the one you created for yourself
there should be something that says "change your account type"
and then you should be able to change yours to adminstrator

also go back in and do the opposite for the guest one..follow the same steps but change it to standard

    hope that works!

By default, the Guest account is there already and it's disabled.

To make changes to the Guest account, make sure you're logged in with another admin account. Once you're logged in, do this:

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management

On the left column, expand "Local users and groups", select "Users", then all the user accounts in your Windows will be listed on the right window.

Now double-click on the Guest account, click on the "Member of" tab, in there you can change the group membership of an account. The Guest account should only be in the "Guest" group, nothing else. If you want to use a "limited account", you should create a new account that's belong to the "Users" group only. When you create a limited account with the other tool in Control Panel, that's the group by default.

If you cannot delete it, how about just hide it:

Got this with a quick google search, have not tried it

i am a sysadmin. you cannot delete the guest account. you can only turn if off or "disable" it. no need to do anything further once its disabled. if you want to delete it call redmond and ask for bill. im sure he can help you. in other words, "dont sweat it" :D
