I've been watching for a few weeks, and I haven't seen any coupons available for the ThinkPad workstations (specifically the W700 series). Do they just not offer deals on that model?

Additionally, how would one go about getting the best possible price on a W700ds? Any insight or tricks I should know about like calling instead of ordering online, mention a comparably equipped Dell that happens to be cheaper, etc.?

I have seen a few coupon codes in the past year for the Workstation models, there was a 20% one recently for canadaians. But I think you are right i rarely see coupons for the workstations.

I've been doing the same thing (looking for percentage off coupons) except for the X300. The way I did it, was just google "Lenovo Laptop Coupons" and a list will appear with the most recent offerings of Lenovo coupons. I think as of now they have 30% off the X300, 4% cash back on the T500, etc.

I saw a 20% off just a couple weeks ago. The coupon said something like 20% off the W series, which includes the W700, but it didn't mention the W700 specifically. Doesn't matter though, since it will subtract off of the W700 as well. In fact I gave somebody the link and they used it successfully off of a W700. Check out my post here.

    (I'm not involved)

Ok Ive received a note telling that to really include the add. The add was Lenovos own. In some places it was 20% and in other places it was 5-20%. It is good until midnight tomorrow. It maybe found by clicking at
the uic,the adds for lenovo. Perhaps USP48HOURSALE was the code number.
