I've been trying to get Windows XP onto my IBM 240x for the past week and I cannot get it.

I've followed all the steps here:

    http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=38108&highlight=240x

and my desktop will not recognize my laptop hard drive when I plug it in using the adapter... Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

    Thanks
    Will
