I've got an X220 on which I've changed the hard drive a few times and done a few clean installs of Windows, so my original restore partition is gone, but I wanted to create a backup of my current configuration which I can use to restore my lpatop using the ThinkVantage button/F11 on POST. Is this possible and how would I go about doing it? Thanks
