    Q drive on W500 is 9.76gb, but it Windows tells me there is 3.32gb free.

    If you're worried about space, just burn the recovery discs and put them in a safe place, then wipe that partition and resize your main, no harm no foul.

    Another good idea which i use is wipe the partition, clean up the install, get everything perfect then ghost it.

    I am not worried about space, I just want to see if files in it got deleted. How much space got used on the Lenovo partion?
