    I have new lenovo ThinkPad T400 2767-WZM
    it has sim card slot; but I don't know use it?

    I want to your help.

    did you order it with WWAN feature if not, then you can't use the sim slot.

    I don't know that, but it has place to put sim card under the bettry

    That's where the SIM card goes if you ordered it with WWAN. And then you can access the internet via your cellular provider. If you didn't order it with WWAN then it's just a useless spot to hold a SIM card in.

    If it is Thinkpad, then press the Fn & F5, see if you have the Wireless WAN Radio turned ON, if NO, that means you have no WWAN Card Installed, so you cannot use it.

    I do that and I see( 802.11 wireless radio) and it is on

    You do not have WWAN at this time. If you ever add the module in the future (Ericsson F3507g) you can install a SIM card and activate a WWAN plan with your carrier (AT&T in the US).
