    i wouldn't advise giving someone a t420 but this looks rather interesting, if only i had the coin to potentially sacrifice buying from an unknown retailer with an unknown rate of success, i would be more than happy!

    I am at my wits' end over the complete lack of usable laptops. Revitalizing the T420 would be great. As for the vendor, what are the chances of someone setting up a scam site with as obscure stuff like this one sells??

    Edit: now that you remind me, my brother's sky high ThinkPad stack (most of them he received from me) contains a screen broken T420...

    hmmmm I've been waiting on a 1080p screen for a t420 for some time now, even better if it fit a t420s. Nice find

    I doubt. The s series has special, expensive LCDs to fit that thin lid. Or so I am told.
