This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hide power manager icon?

    I'd like to hide this icon so that it isn't constantly showing in the taskbar.

    if you're using windows 7, right click taskbar, properties, and go to the toolbars tab.

    Everything is unchecked, but I still have a big green battery icon on the taskbar.

    Have you unchecked "Show Power Manager Gauge in task bar" on the option tab of the Power Manager?

    Nope, hadn't seen that hiding in the advanced options. Thanks, that did the trick. :)

    You can also drag and drop the icons in whatever order you would like them, including the hidden arrow pane. W7 is pretty intuitive, once you start clicking around. Cheers.
