    So,
My t400 (from fall 2008) is now not waking from hibernate. It has had this problem occasionally in the past but now seems to be prevalent.

I know this has been addressed, but I also find a few different fixes that seem to range from turn off a sleep/hibernate option to checking drivers and such.
I was wondering if anyone has a new definitive answer.

ALSO, I recently started getting 'not able to connect to (or find, or such) a TPM security device. But I don't have one, as far as I know... no fingerprint scanner or anything like that.

    THanks

    Tony

I did find an item online finally...
I went into BIOS and enabled a Security setting and both issues are cleared.
