    Help: z61m webcam issue

    new z61m with webcam. The webcam works fine. but when on a video call (either skype or windows live messenger), it works for a while, then freezes. From then on it is dead until reboot.

    Anyone have similar issue? i updated the driver from Lenovo's site.

    i have the exact same problem, a year on from ur post lol. and like u, i havent received any replies. just wondering (if u ever happen to check this thread) if u managed to resolve it, and how...thanks

    I finally turned the computer into lenovo for repair. After 4-5 weeks (not kidding) and replacing almost every major piece of hardware, they got it working again (dont know why they did not hand me a new box).

    Of course a year later the computer flamed out and died.
