After reading a lot thread about the T400's LED manufacturer. I feel that the LG is better than Samsung. Is the X200 have the same thing as T400?
Is there any trick to order a LG LED? Such as: with/without Camera, 5100/5300?
    Thanks

I don't believe you can specify the screen. About the best you can do is maybe order a preconfigured model from eBay or elsewhere. If you can get the serial number you can do the parts look up, which should yield the screen manufacturer. Maybe you can do the same for the outlet. I don't know I've not tried.

Good Idea. But ebay is expensive.

Well then, I guess you can't have it all.

As far as I know, the camera and WiFi cards/antennas are independent of what screen type you get, at least on the T-series. People with nearly the same configurations as I do in those regards have gotten different screens (I got an LG panel, some have gotten Samsungs, etc).

It's really a game of luck. I have heard, though, that none of the X200 screens are anything to write home about.

displays are pulled from stock.   what you get is what you get.   there's absolutely no way to specify a certain FRU number when ordering a system whether it be displays, hard drives, or any other individual component with multiple suppliers.
