My T23 recently crashed and I finally fixed it. But I found the F11 stops working, and I cannot see the message "Press F11 to enter ...." when reboot the computer. That means I cannot reinstall my system later because I don't have recovery cd and don't want to spend 45$ to buy one.
Does any body know to fix this problem?
    Thanks a lot.

How did you fix your initial problem, after the crash? The problem is easier to diagnose if you tell us how you got where you are today.

    Thanks.
I installed another version of operating system, and then ran the checkdisk to fix the bad sectors on the hard drive. Then I have two operating systems on my computer. I suspect that the F11 key problem is caused by the extra operating system. But how do I uninstall one of the operating system?
    Thank.
