I want to change the OS of my notebook computer downgrade to win XP sp so I did a clean install windows XP but I got some troubles with the new OS. Firts, the sound card driver for win XP maybe not good so all the sound application like music and movie can't run on the new OS. Second, the recorder DVD can't not write anything. So anyone success with downgrade from Vista OS to XP OS help me, please give me some guides or instruction about this problem. My notebook computer is the C200 A41 8922: Base on 8922-BPK: T2350(1.86GHz), 1GB RAM, 120GB 5400rpm HD, 15in 1024x768 LCD, Intel 950, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Modem, 10/100 Ethernet, UltraNav, 6c Li-Ion, WinVista Home Basic.

Did you install the High Definition Audio driver? I'd try that then install the regular audio driver. When you say it won't burn anything, are you getting an error message?

Yes, I already installed it, it run already but when I open the Windows Media Player, so terrible, my computer can't run and make my computer stop running until I press the "reset" button. and then installed Nero burning, but this program can't not recognize my DVD recorder hard drive. Thank you!

No, I checked and no missing driver in my devive manager. But I don't know why, so now I have to use Vista OS. But a lot of my work need XP OS.
