    Hi there,

I'm expecting my X200 tablet to arrive in 2 days. It has the 8 cell battery on it. I'm looking for any suitable bag or backpack that could go with the X200t! What are you guys using? I would like the bag big enough to fit the X200t, headphones which I haven't bought yet! probably something portable, power adapter and maybe mp3 player/phone/books! What do you guys recommend?

Also, where can I get a laptop skin for the X200t?

The X200t has the outdoor screen on it. Should I use a screen protector? I don't want the brightness to be reduced and don't want to add glare either. What screen protector can do this? Any help would be great.

What other things do I need? better pen? suggestions?

    Thank you

I'm using an old Outdoor Products backup I originally bought for my Inspiron 500M. Fits my x200t and my E6400. I like it simply because it had the biggest main compartment (by volume) if any backpack I could find at the time. My backpack theory is that the limit of how much one can carry should be dictated by the limits of one's back, and not one's pack.

For headphones I use Creative EP-630 in-ear-monitors because they do a good job of blocking out noise. I occasionally use a paid of iPhone 4 buds as well, but they're mediocre at best. For a tablet, though, the X200T has fairly good built-in speakers.

My travel power adapter is the Targus APA63US... universal power is convenient when you have two laptops of different brands; APA63US is simply what I got along with some old eBay machine some years ago.

<strike>I am using the Zeroshock III case for 12.1" laptops, but without a 9-cell battery. There's definitely enough room to fit my X201i with a 9-cell. Just ebay zeroshock III x201 if interested. Buy from yap. Good seller.</strike>

EDIT: Oh right, bag/backpack. My mistake.

They do make 12inch laptop bags that also doubles at backpacks, that is what I have and use. As Commander Wolf mentioned, the speakers on the x200t is amazingly loud! With that being said...I will get a new set of ear-buds from Best Buy or Wal Mart this coming Friday (Black Friday). :)

As far as the screen goes, I don't see the need to add anything. I don't see any signs of wear on my screen and I take notes using the pen all the time. I would suggest maybe a better pen, but I'm fine with the default pen.

Could you give me the name of the brand and model of the bag you are using?

When you use your pen, wouldn't your palm touch the screen and cause smudges?

I'm also interested in the skinning options for the X200t

Yeah, it does. It was annoying enough on the multitouch screen such that I usually put a tissue or something under my palm when writing... but on the non-multitouch screen I haven't found it bad. I just wipe it with a microfiber cloth once in a while.
