Please excuse me if this has been answered but Ive looked everywhere and cant find anything. This is very frustrating since I cant view any Asian fonts which makes this comp basically useless for me for day to day use. All I see are boxes.

Whenever I try checking the box for installing the Asian fonts, I am asked to select cplexe.exe from the C:\i386\lang folder on the Winxp disc. I dont have a disc since lenovo doesnt provide any so I searched for the cplexe.exe file on my C:\ and tried to directly the install from the file I found which fails each time saying the files cannot be copied. Id appreciate any help those who can provide. btw, my comp is a t60 2623d6u running xp.

that website was a start but most of the links were broken or outdated so it only serves as a starting point. I just spent almost 2+ hours looking for individual files on google and transferring some from a good win2k install w/proper asian fonts. these all totaled up to 255 objects. what a pain and an extreme hassle i sincerely hope no one should ever need to repeat.
