I've pretty much decided on a Lenovo laptop. Within Lenovo, I narrowed it down to the N series. Primarily because I want S-Video output. Now it's a matter of which model. What it comes down to is this: Is an N200 with a T7100 processor worth $230 more then an N100 with a T2060 processor. I doubt I'll ever use a 64 bit OS so that advantage of the T7100 doesn't affect me.

Other spec differences between the N200 vs N100 with my comments
    Graphics: 950 vs x3100 (I don't game)
HD: 120 vs 80 GB (80 should be okay, but...)
    Wireless: Lenovo 11a/b/g vs Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG
Security - No fingerprint - fingerprint reader

Is anyone aware of other differences between the N100 and N200 that don't readily show up on the specs that I would help with my decision?

You may wish to have a look to see which of the two notebooks is sturdier in design, and which would have a longer battery life (even if they both come with a 6-cell),

A slight amount of money may only make the difference in a few little things, but they eventually add up to make up for the money :p

    shamelessly bumping my question :)

Further research tells me another difference is the N200 can hold 4GB or RAM vs 2GB for the N100.

Any other differences beyond this one and those from the OP?

I reckon you have read in the N200 review which was posted a few days back on the front page that the N200 is Santa Rosa based. If so, then aside from processor speed bump, you would be getting improved battery life with the N200.

Another difference is that the N200 has an expresscard slot instead of pcmcia(pc card) slot. I havent seen too many expresscard accessories, so dunno if it is a big deal.

The $230 difference is considerable, especially since the T7100 is being sold online for less than that ammount ($215 at newegg).
