    Help a Student out - Anyone have EPP?

    I am currently a poor student and my computer after 3 years of service has died. Does anyone have EPP that could help me get a discount on a thinkpad? I may not even use it - they still could be out of my price range but I want to see what is out there before I am forced to buy something off ebay. Thanks

    Post your state and school I could help you out by pointing you to a state school's education EPP program. Also, post what laptops you are looking at, as sometimes regular online prices can beat EPP.

    Oh, and employee EPP programs offer no return exchange anymore even if you don't like it or if it is DOA. If it is broken they will just make you send it in for repair, instead of sending out a new replacement.

    Ill take one of those too. I looked at some postings and I saw someone get a z60t for 599 - it was the base model but thats all I need.
