    I recently purchased a Type 2686 T43. I was wondering what is the difference between 2687 & 2686? I am asking because when I went to buy extra RAm at www.crucial.com, it has different RAM part numbers listed for 2686 and 2687.

    What is the difference between T43 & T43p?

    Also, what brand of RAM does Levono come in from the factory? I want to add more RAM, so which brand do you suggest getting?

    Edit: I figured out what RAM to get. Kingstone is priced fairly on EBay.

    I also want the Port Replicator II. Can I close my eyes and buy one from Ebay. I mean will any that says "Port Replicator II" work fine?

    I bought the Mini Dock off eBay. It is a genuine ThinkPad part. It works fine. The P machines are just higher end ThinkPads.
