Just got mine today actually after reading many posts on this board.
Had some issues on initial power-up and windows install.
After Windows eventually came up (boy, does it take forever to rescue the basic s(*&^er, I decided to create rescue disk right away so that I could restore.
Thats when new problems started. This procedure hung on me; forced me power off.
On reboot, when I try to run again, now it says that resources are being used - what the heck, I just restarted machine and clicked to create RD. This is the ONLY job running on system!
Where can I go to find some docs/problem solving on creating this RD? Right now, I just am frustrated and all the glowing comments in the T61P is rapidly beginning to look like radioactive brightness!
I'm trying another restore to factory default as we speak.
Could I have a bad disk? bad image? bad karma???
