What wifi card do you have? My windows 7 install had wifi working out of the box. But just go download drivers and put them on a flash drive?

Intel doesn't have 7 drivers up yet though so you can just try vista's.

Dumb question -- is/was the radio switch on the front of the laptop turned on?

The Intel 5300 card was automatically recognized and config'd on my T400 both with Win7 RC x86 and Win7 RTM x64

I had a similar problem with my t500. I ended up plugging in an ethernet cable and windows update found the driver. Strangely, I installed win7 a second time, now having the driver, but the driver did not work when I installed it manually. So if you don't have ethernet you may be out of luck.

There's no need to reinstall Windows if all your doing is putting in a new driver.
