    Hi Everyone,
I've run into a problem that I'm hoping other W510 owner can help me solve, I can try to take pictures of the issue when I find my camera.

Issue: Metal flap above the ram slot that blocks the removal of the ram (the lower slot) from under the keyboard.

So, what I've done is remove the keyboard, and I've removed the ram from the top slot (as according to the service video: http://www.lenovoservicetraining.com/ion/W510/index.html), however when I go and try to remove the ram from the bottom slot, after I release the catch from the sides, it pops up into the metal flap. So I was wondering if this is a common issue and was wondering if I need to remove more stuff in order to get the ram out or is there some other fancy way of doing this. Thanks in advance for any help, it's much appreciated. Thanks!
