Hi,
Does anyone know what the problem is here? About 15-20% of the time, my z360 laptop does not go into normal sleep mode. Instead, the lights remain on, the fan increases its speed, and there is no way to turn the laptop back on without forcefully shutting it down (holding the power button down). This state occurs more often when it is lower in battery power. Here's a video of the problem: YouTube - Lenovo Ideapad Z360 Problem
Since I am still on warranty, I have sent my laptop to tech support two times, but to no avail. The problem still remains and their customer service is so ineffective and uncaring. I am so disappointed and frustrated with their services, so it would be great if someone can help me out. Thanks!

Demand a replacement if you're not getting the repairs needed to solve the problem. I had to send my x100e 5 times before they finally listened to me. Tell them sending into repair is not fixing the problem. You could ask for an elevated repair, but that can take a while and doesn't guarantee success. I asked for refund when I finally got to a person that later discussed replacing the system. So that may be a good way of grabbing their attention and getting someone who can help you. Just be polite and as calm as possible.
I hear you about customer service. They kept telling me to keep sending it in despite not fixing the issue. I wish you the best of luck and I hope everything works out for you. Welcome to NBR! -
Thanks for the encouragement! I will continue trying and update on what happens. I am curious as to what the problem may be though...
