    I Just got a used Thinkpad T20 and and don´t know how to use Fn keys.

    and download the 62p9631.pdf file (Hardware Maintenance Manual) for your T20. You will find a lot of useful information that you can use. For help on how to use the function keys, look at page 48. You will find all the information you need.
