I was trying to install Acrobat Professional into my new thinkpad (T42). It failed, for some reaon. Then I realized the reason it fails is because I do not have the access to one folder in my laptop. This folder is located at
    c :Documents and SettingsAll UsersDocuments.
Every time when I click this folder, it tells me access denied.
I logged in as the administrator but I don't have the access???
Does this also happen to anyone else? Is there anyone knows how to solve this problem? Or which number I should call IBM for this kind of technical support?

Right-click Properties > Security and ensure that your username has access to the folder in question. Click Advanced > Owner. Select your username and check 'Replace owners on subcontainers and objects'. Click Apply. Click OK.
