OK, on the keyboards for the T61s, there are little thin plastic 'dividers' that separate the function keys from the rest of the keys and also some large ones that divide the function row into sections.
My questions are:
1. Are these 'dividers' removable? I hate their look (I'm EXTREMELY picky) and I would be much warmer towards the thinkpad T61 if I knew I could remove them...
2. Is it possible to use sandpaper and rub away the wording on one of the keys?
-
The dividers are part of the keyboard...it would also leave huge gaps since it's not just horizontal dividers but also thick vertical bands along the top.
I would imagine that fine grit sandpaper could rub a key letter away. -
What are you trying to do?
And as Arkit3kt said without those dividers you'll have large gaps.
Very fine grit sandpaper. -

please help me someone...

What do you need help with? -

If you're asking if you can rub the key lettering away with fine grit sandpaper, then yes again. Do a Google search for "remove keyboard lettering" for more information. -
I'm betting he has one of them SUSE boxes (yay!) and wants to get rid of the windows key. My advice: don't, that keyboard is expensive to replace if you screw it up. You should be touch typing anyway so stop looking at the keyboard in the first place! ;-)
Help!! Odd questions but I need help pls!!
