Not sure if everyone has received a 10% eCoupon after registering their Lenovo computer. I did. After I registered my T61p.

I didn't plan on using it so soon but with all the good deals and being so satisfied with my T61p I decided to buy another notebook for my wife.

    A R61.

So yesterday I called Lenovo and verified that I could use the eCoupon and combine it with other existing sales and eCoupons.

Seemed like the best time to buy.

So I spec'd out the R61 and went to buy it and my 10% eCoupon wouldn't work. I prepared for that to happen and asked what I should do if that were to happens and I was told to call Lenovo Direct to receive help with getting the additional 10% eCoupon.

When I called in today I was told that I cannot use the 10% eCoupon.

    Such is life...

I thought that the eCoupon was only valid on accessories (batteries, adapters, etc.)

I didn't know what it was good for.

I saved an image of the screen with my eCoupon for 10% off.

I called in yesterday to see if the eCoupon would be good for a notebook and was told that I could use it to buy a notebook.
