Has anyone's T61 order disappeared in thin air?

I ordered a T61 June 13 and date of shipping was July 7th.
On monday I had an inquiry about my order. In terms of if I can change a spec.

Today I called and all of a sudden my customer number and order number does not show up.

I look in my bank account and the money that was taken out was put back in (I used debit).

What gives?? I am frustrated, I really want a T61, I needed it for the 1st-2nd week of July but wth expected shipping dates of 3-4 weeks Im thinking of getting a Sony Vaio.

I really wanted a thinkpad.. I was tired of Toshiba.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Any suggestions?

I called customer service today in regards to my order, because my bank statement shows that the money was put back in my account. I gave her my order number and my customer number and she said it was not in the system. Which was odd because 4 days before a rep told me that they were building it in the warehouse.

 

As I noticed from other people's post, some orders disappeared temporarily because lenovo is rebooking them..
Can you access your order status online?

 

Yes I can access it online. Funny thing is that it says it was sold.

 

Then probably you would like to call again..
As people says those reps are giving wrong informations all the time...
