Hello everyone,
I already asked this in the T420 owners' thread on a sidenote which probably didn't really get the attention of potential T520 owners. I was wondering why there are plenty of official reviews about the T520 but users are hard to find? I am still contemplating whether to switch to 14" to 15,6" which, aside from the supposedly better display and of course the size, seems to be the only real difference between the two.
Have a nice evening (or morning depending on where you are), Peter

There aren't too many official reviews of the new Thinkpad T-series as a whole, and as the 15" models have historically been slightly less popular than the 14" models, it's not too surprising. Wait a while longer and there should be some more reviews out.
That said, the T520 is physically identical to the T510, so unless you want performance benchmarks, you can just check out T510 reviews for the moment. -
I've just ordered a T520. I'm beginning to wish I ordered a W520 instead.

I'm happy with my T520.

I've owned the T520 for just under a month. I replaced my T510 due to the CPU whine, which the T520 does not have. The keyboard is solid and has such a great feel. I prefer the Lenovo keyboard to the Sony or MBP notebooks. The matte FHD display is wonderful and does not have the reflection/glare that plague the glossy counter parts. It's a quiet notebook, although I wish I could manually control the CPU fan speeds. I primarily use with Office and Multi Media applications. The integrated graphics is powerful enough to run blu-ray movies at maximum resolution in full screen mode. I can play Portal with the integrate graphics chip but it does run better with the dedicated Nvidia graphic chip. Overall, I'm very pleased. It can run all I have and has good ergonomics.

Has anyone tried the T520?
