    Has anyone received T61 ordered between 5/9-5/25?

    Has anyone actually received one of the rebooked T61s yet?

    I was told by a CSR that they would be out by the 26th, but she implied that the earlier orders (like mine on 5/9) would ship out sooner.

    Please don't reply if you didn't order between 5/9 and 5/25.

    me neither. Ordered on 5/24 scheduled for the 8/28 and rebooked for 8/17!

    cacapis, I envy you. I ordered on 5/24 and I don't even see the rebooked date and nothing has changed on my order status. I will patiently wait until 6/24 as that would be 1 month and then I would feel comfortable calling in as 1 month delay seems good enough time for me.

    Nope ordered 5/13 with an estimated ship of 5/31. On 5/31 changed to 6/19. On 6/15 changed to 6/25. Today changed to 7/20. I started laughing when I saw the status page today but I couldn't be any angrier at Lenovo. I'm on hold right now and if they don't ship it out this week then I will be cancelling and getting the D630.

    I ordered mine on 5/22 and the esd is 6/27, but I haven't gotten it yet.

    Edit: The order status information post on the Lenovo blog was updated, apparently rebooking the orders took longer than expected but they are 80% done with that and still are on track to ship all the notebooks by the end of this month. YAY!ish

    Did you change anything in your order after you ordered it on 5/21? Did you have to go through the re-booking process?

    Ordered 5/17 - rebooked 6/17. Delivered..nope.

    According to Tim Supples at the blog 80% of the back orders have been rebooked. Once it happens you will get parts added to the order and you will get a new date.

    Did you ever change anything in your order after that date, and if you did, when? I ask only because when you change something in your order it's essentially like cancelling it and reordering it.

    right after i ordered, i sent an email asking to change from 6 cell to 7 cell (like 1 hr after hitting submit). I sent an email, then it just magically changed to 7. I got the Aug 31 glitch, but eventually changed to shipped
