Has Lenovo confirmed if the Thinkpad T61 will have WSXGA+ resolution on the 14.1" model? That will be the best feature of that laptop.

Sorry to bother you again. Are you saying it has not been confirmed or it will not have WSXGA+ resolution?

At the moment, the T61 is slated to have the 1280.800 and 1440.900 resolutions.

If the past is any indication, we'll be seeing higher resolution screens coupled with more powerful graphics cards on the T61 through its -p variant.

It will not have WSXGA+, Lenovo said no supplier can commit to providing that display in the quantity they need, and so to avoid heartache and shipping delays they simply won't offer it.

Yeah, and aslong as every big notebook brand says that, it will never be available in such quantities. Someone has to start the good thing... but Lenovo didn't.
