    x201s, 64bit windows 7 professional with 4096mb mem installed.

    after a system clean re-install i found 205mb mem was reserved, not usable.

    i guess it's reserved for integrated video card?

    could anyone pls verify that? do u have any hardware reserved mem?

    Your supposition is correct; the "reserved" memory is for the arrandale IGP and also includes extra memory that is IO-mapped for the frontbuffer of your display.
