My T60 hard drive crashed and I have installed a new Hitachi hard drive. Lenovo sent a set of Rescue and Recovery disks. How do I go about installing the new OS (XP), programs, and drivers? I'm thinking that this has been discussed before on previous posts but I can't find any using search.

Just put the discs in the optical drive in order and follow on screen instructions.

The recovery discs will restore your machine to its factory stare, including the applications and drivers. The only thing it won't put back is any additional software you purchased like Photoshop or Office, which if you did, you should have gotten a disc for it.
