I have a T42p and the hardrive just fell out of the computer. The screw that holds it must have worked itself loose because its gone. Does anyone know what size screw this is and where i can get a replacement? thanks

Have you tried a screw from one of the doors on the laptop bottom, they usually have a few and they will stay in place with one missing.

The screws are very small and i am not certain that a hardware store would have anything that small!

Call Lenovo and ask them to send you a screw kit. I lost the screw that's right under the power jack, and they sent me an entire set of screws when I asked nicely (the screws are usually only for repair technicians)
