Can someone help me find the most up-to-date and best drivers out for my video card?

    Here are my specs:
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M 128MB

I heard of a site that has video card drivers for nVidia but I don't know which one to install.

Is there also anyway to underclock this video card with nVidia software?

Whoever helps me will get +rep!

    Thanks for your help guys!

If you head over to http://www.laptopvideo2go.com you should be able to find drivers for your laptop graphics card. In the thread view (on that site) it will list all of the graphics cards that are compatible. Yours should be on that list if you have an Nvidia Thinkpad.

right, nvidia is pretty much unified for most gpu's. i have an NVS140 and found the best performance for me at least is 167.62 for vista. if you have XP, try the latest and go from there.

    try this

    Is this your graphic card:
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M 128MB

Will these drivers use up the same battery life?

yes, i have an NVS 140M (in my sig). no, this does not change the clock speed of the card so no more or less power should be used.

Does this make the video card have better performance/graphics? Is there any heating issues?

just install them and see for yourself. nothing terrible is going to happen to your computer. i doubt new drivers will cause a heating issue. if the driver does not work, simply uninstall them and rollback to your previous one.

When I moved the INI files to the driver folder, it asked me to replace the original INI file. I did, is this correct?
