    Hey,

    So I got my order confirmation for my T400, and I checked my Part# (is this the same as Type Number?) and Serial Number, and when I tried to look up the parts, no parts show up.

    btw, the part number was supposed to be 2764CT but i could only enter 2764...does that matter?

    Same here , i hear that it takes a day or 2 before it shows up.

    My lappy will be here tomorrow (T400) and it still doesn't work for me

    mine is out for delivery today (shipped 5 days ago), and i still can't do a parts lookup.
