Hello, I have a T410, and two days ago I reinstalled the factory HDD that came with it (a WD 250GB HDD). Originally I had an intel 80GB SSD installed, with XP pro that I installed and ghosted. After reimaging the factory hard drive with that ghost image, the hard drive keeps spinning down after about 30 seconds of being idle. There are no settings in the BIOS for it, and I changed settings not only in Lenovo power manager, but power options in control panel, for the hard drive to never spin down, and it still does. Any ideas?
