    Hi everyone.
I just got a x61s and I went from Vista to XP (sp2) However, while I deleted the HDD and did a fresh install my audio is now not working. I installed the audio drivers, but I can't get it to install.
It states that I need HD audio bus. However, when I try to find the "HDAudBUS.sys" I can't. Can anyone help me out by sending it to me?
I have a gm965 chipset. I would really really appreciate this.
    Thanks,
    Rob

You need a fix for win xp to support HDA. You can download it from Lenovo support page.
Just search the forum for similar threads regarding audio drivers.
