After the fresh install of Win7 on a new SSD, my graphics score droped to 4.3 when on the original HDD it was 4.4.... Why this might happen?

HDD v. SSD won't affect graphics performance at all. The benchmarking isn't perfect, there's variations. WEI is far from an accurate benchmark, and you shouldn't be using it to determine system performance at all - it's there pretty much solely for bragging rights

An easy way to boost your WEI if you're interested is to install the latest graphics drivers. My GPU WEI rating jumped 0.4 when I upgraded from the last Lenovo released GPU drivers for my T500's Radeon 3650 to the latest ATI CCC 10.8 drivers.
