    Hello,

    Does the graphics card limit the resolution?

    I know I want to get a 15" notebook from IBM but I am not sure what to get XGA or SXGA? Some people say that SXGA does not looks worse in XGA mode than plain XGA because XGA is optimized for XGA. Some say that "ghosting" is not a problem on XGA screens but is a problem on SXGA or higher. Which graphics card is best if I want to use a 24" monitor in 1920*1200 res.[?]
