I'm sure I don't have to bug you guys wit pics.

I'm having a blast on Fileippo, and the other sites I get useful programs from.

Later on, I'll try to figure out how to install this extra 2GB of RAM, and maybe go through a few settings on Blackviper.com.

I'm liking this thing. . . . . holy crap this screen is bright.

I watched every part of the travel of mine from the factory to my house. Then I waited another week to get to my house from Afghanistan. :)

I'm loving this 9-cell battery!! My HP tx2000z is great to use, but I am not missing keeping one eye on the battery at all. I actually took a 2 hour nap last night with this thing on "medium" and just kept doing what I was doing. Can't be done with the HP even with the big battery. Nice!! More to come.

Yeah I blink and my dells battery goes dead. :p I get ~2 hours, but have a beautiful 17in screen and probably the best keyboard ever. But I do await my t400 with the 9 cell.

Unfortunately I checked this morning and it looked like this:

    INCHEON, KR 05/31/2009 1:09 A.M. DEPARTURE SCAN

CHEK LAP KOK, HK 05/30/2009 7:35 P.M. DEPARTURE SCAN
    05/30/2009 10:58 A.M. EXPORT SCAN
    05/30/2009 10:58 A.M. ORIGIN SCAN
LOUISVILLE, KY, US 05/29/2009 11:05 A.M. SHIPMENT DATA NOT AVAILABLE ON TIME TO BE PROCESSED WITHIN NORMAL PROCEDURE. SHIPMENT HAS NOT CLEARED CUSTOMS

    HK 05/27/2009 12:09 P.M. BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED

So by the looks of it went from China to Kentucky to China to Korea. Weird. I'm still hopeful for Monday, but don't expect it til Thursday. :( All in all I love my dell, but trying to do my homework downstairs on battery is becoming a giant pain as I have to constantly plug in. But Im glad your having fun on yours! :)

No, those are just timestamps as the (electronic) paperwork is readied and processed for it to enter the country.

Why do so many people look at UPS' mishmash of status and timestamps and automatically assume that the notebook itself is flying back and forth across the ocean?
